Cooking manna in a slow cooker on kefir:

Step 1: prepare semolina and kefir.

First, pour semolina into a deep clean dish and loosen it with your fingers, while removing any rubbish, it happens, even in such crumbs small pebbles or husks come across. Then we fill in the cereal with the right amount of kefir of any fat content, thoroughly mix these products with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency and leave the resulting mass to swell at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the butter.

Meanwhile, we separate about 20 grams from butter, grease the bottom with it, as well as the inner walls of the Teflon bowl and insert it into the recess of the multicooker. The rest of the fat, that is 80 grams, is sent to the stewpan. We put it on medium heat and melt it to a liquid state, constantly stirring it with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula, carefully watching that it does not burn. As soon as the oil acquires the desired structure, remove it from the stove and put it near the ajar window, let it cool.

Step 3: prepare wheat flour and food baking powder.

Next, with the help of a sieve with a fine mesh, sift wheat flour of the highest grade into a clean deep bowl. This step is not avoided, due to which this ingredient becomes more friable, saturated with oxygen, dried and gets rid of various debris, for example, strings or something else. Then we add the food baking powder to the flour, mix them with a clean whisk to a homogeneous consistency and move on.

Step 4: prepare the eggs and granulated sugar.

With the back of the knife, beat each chicken egg in turn and discard the whites and yolks into a new deep dish. Pour granulated sugar there and beat these ingredients to splendor in any convenient way, for example, you can do this using the same whisk or mixer, as well as a blender with a special nozzle. This process will take about 5 to 15 minutes, it all depends on the choice of kitchen equipment.

Step 5: make semolina dough.

When the egg mass acquires a thick consistency and increases several times, we stop the process and add melted butter that has managed to cool to it, as well as semolina swollen in kefir. Gently shake everything to a uniform consistency and begin to introduce flour with baking powder into the same bowl. We act gradually, adding dry ingredients in small portions, while kneading a rather thick dough without lumps.

Step 6: prepare the manna in a slow cooker on kefir.

Then we transfer the semifinished product into a bowl pre-oiled and insert the plug of the kitchen appliance into the outlet. We cover it with a tight-fitting lid, set the mode to the glowing board "Baking" for 1 hour 10 minutes and turn on the "Start" button.

After the specified time, the equipment will turn off, notifying the end of the program with an appropriate sound signal. Carefully open the lid, release the steam and check the readiness of the cake with a wooden toothpick or stick. This is done very simply! Enter its end in the middle of the baking and get it. If there are sticky lumps of dough on the tree, then we leave the manna in the slow cooker for 10-15 minutes, but in the "Heating" mode. Then we again check its readiness, although after such a long heat treatment it will already be completely baked.

Then, using a kitchen towel or tack, carefully take out the bowl from the multicooker and put it on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop. We leave the pie in it still on 10-20 minutes or until completely cooled. Then we cover the Teflon dishes with a large flat dish or tray, turn them upside down and slightly raise them, the mannik will be on a kind of pedestal, but serving this miracle depends only on your desire!

Step 7: serve the manna in the multicooker on kefir.

Mannik in a slow cooker on kefir is served warm or at room temperature as a dessert. It is served in different ways, very often sprinkled with powdered sugar, grated chocolate, greased with jam, jam, soaked in sugar alcoholic solutions and applied to sweet pastries, cream, or used as a base for any other desserts, such as cakes, as well cakes. Although without any decor this delicacy turns out to be very tasty, so cook and enjoy!
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- at the request of the manna, you can give any special flavor if you add any fruit or berry essences, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, a little citrus zest, crushed nuts, dried fruits, crushed into small pieces, and dried berries. - this dish was prepared in a multicooker of the Panasonic brand SR-TMH 18, with a cup volume of 4.5 liters and a power of 670 watts.
