Ingredients for Cooking Peach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Cooking Peach Stuffed Chicken Breast:

Step 1: prepare canned peaches.

We spread the canned peaches on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut into small cubes. Attention: they must be of such a size that they can easily fit inside the fillet. In the end, we move the components into a deep bowl and leave it for a while aside.

Step 2: prepare hard cheese.

Using a coarse grater, grate hard cheese directly on the cutting board. Then pour the chips into a free flat plate.

Step 3: prepare the garlic.

We put the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press down with the edge of the knife. Then, with clean hands, remove the husk and then rinse well under running water.

We spread the cloves back onto a flat surface and finely chop the improvised inventory. Pour the crushed garlic in a clean saucer.

Step 4: prepare the chicken fillet.

Thoroughly wash the chicken fillet under running warm water and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, fat, films and cartilage.

Now, gently, from one wide side in the middle, make a deep incision, but so that it does not reach the end of the opposite side of the breast. That is, we should get an open pocket. Prepared components are moved to a deep plate.

Step 5: Cook the chicken breast stuffed with peaches.

We spread one chicken fillet back on a cutting board and start stuffing. But first, be sure to slightly rub the meat on all sides with a small amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Now put some chopped canned peaches inside the breast, pour 1 tablespoon sour cream, sprinkle with a small amount of finely chopped garlic (for odor) and add grated hard cheese (but not all, in the end, since we still need to sprinkle the dish on them).

Using a few toothpicks, we pinch the edges so that we get an even seam without holes. Attention: we stuff the chicken so that in the process of baking, for example, peaches do not start to fall out on a baking sheet.

Then, using a pastry brush, grease the bottom and the bottom of the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. When all the chicken breasts are ready, put them here and we can turn on the oven. When it warms up to temperature 180 degrees, put the pan on a medium level and bake the dish for 40 minutes. Caution: 10 minutes before to complete the preparation of stuffed chicken, be sure to use a kitchen tack to get a bowl and sprinkle the meat with the remaining grated hard cheese. Next, put the container back into the oven and wait for the completion of the time allotted for baking. You will also see that the breasts are covered with a golden ruddy cheese crust. This can serve as another signal that it is time to turn off the oven.
In the end, with the help of the kitchen tack, we take out a baking sheet and set it aside. Let the dish cool slightly.

Step 6: Serve the chicken breast stuffed with peaches.

We still transfer the hot chicken breasts with kitchen tongs from the baking sheet to a special plate and can serve it to the dining table.
