Chicken and Mushroom Salad Ingredients

Cooking salad with chicken and mushrooms:

Step 1: Boil the chicken.

We turn on a strong fire on the stove, put the pot on the burner and pour water. We wash the chicken breast under cold running water (if there is skin, you need to remove it), and as soon as the water in the pan boils, add salt, spread the chicken and reduce the heat. Boil 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.

Step 2: Boil the mushrooms.

In the meantime, cook the chicken, prepare the mushrooms. Wash the mushrooms under running water, wipe dry with kitchen towels or napkins, lay on a cutting board and beautifully cut into medium sized cubes or pieces of arbitrary shape about 1 - 2 cm.
We put a pot of water on the next burner, turn on a strong fire and wait for the liquid to boil. Then sprinkle with salt and shift the chopped mushrooms. Cook them for about 7 minutes on low heat. Then we throw the mushrooms in a colander, shake off excess water and put them on paper kitchen towels or napkins so that the mushrooms do not become watery.

Step 3: Grind the ingredients.

We cut pickled cucumbers on a cutting board with either a beautiful cube, or cubes, or slices.

Chicken can also be cut into small cubes, cubes or pieces, the main thing is that there is one type of slicing in the salad.

Step 4: Refill the salad.

Now put mushrooms, chicken, cucumbers in a large plate or salad bowl and mix thoroughly.

Then add sour cream, mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and mix again with a tablespoon until smooth (adjust the amount of sour cream and mayonnaise to your liking).

Step 5: Serve the chicken and mushroom salad.
