Cooking sweet cucumbers for the winter:

Step 1: Prepare the cucumbers.

Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly with a soft brush or a sponge to remove adhering dirt. Dry and trim the ends - buttocks on both sides.

Now put the cucumbers in the jars, let the vegetables lie tightly to each other.
Pour boiling water over the cucumbers in the jars, cover and let them stand for 20 minutes.

Drain the water from the cans into the pan, at the same time measuring its volume in order to calculate the right amount of sugar, salt and citric acid.
Put a pot of water on the fire and bring it to a boil, simultaneously dissolving sugar and salt in it. At the very end, add citric acid to the marinade and remove it from the heat.
Pour hot marinade into jars of cucumbers and spices. Close blanks tightly and turn them upside down.
Once the jars have cooled, sweet cucumbers can be hidden in a cool cellar or refrigerator, and you need to try these cucumbers only in the winter, otherwise eat everything and you will not notice.
