Cooking summer salad with cheese:

Step 1: prepare the vegetables.

All vegetables should be washed well and dried. Remove the bitter stalk from the cabbage, cut the seeds from the peppers, and peel the skin, if desired, from the cucumbers. At the greenery, remove the stems.

Step 2: chop the vegetables.

Then all prepared vegetables need to be cut for salad. You need to cut them so that all the pieces are about the same size. And to save time and energy, I suggest using a vegetable cutter.
First cabbage leaves, while they do not need to be wrinkled or squeezed. Just chop and sprinkle in a salad bowl for now.

Now fresh juicy tomatoes, then cucumbers.

And, of course, crispy bell peppers.
It turned out such a normal set of what you can pick up in the garden and immediately put it in the salad.

Step 3: mix the vegetables.

Mix all the vegetables in a salad bowl and add finely chopped dill greens to them (without hard stems, remember, yes).
Separately mix lemon juice with olive oil, salt and ground pepper, and then pour salad dressing over it.
Now you need to mix the salad. If you have a convenient large salad bowl with a suitable lid, just close it and shake it several times so that the vegetables give a little juice. If you haven’t found such a convenient thing in your household, just mix the vegetables with the dressing using an ordinary tablespoon.

Step 4: add cheese.

At the very end, add diced soft cheese to the summer salad, mix everything again and you can serve it to the table!
