Cooking air pastilles. Recipe:

Prepare the apples.

Peel the apples from the middle and peel.
Grind the peeled apples using a kitchen machine. Boil the mashed potatoes before boiling the liquid.
Beat the egg whites, gradually adding granulated sugar. At the end, add lemon juice.
Cook sugar syrup.
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Add applesauce to the protein-sugar mixture and beat until the mass turns white.
When the mixture turns white, pour sugar syrup into a thin stream.
After the apple-sugar mass increases in volume, you need to pour in the gelatin dissolved in water. Beat a few more minutes.
The finished mass must be laid out in a mold covered with baking paper. Cover with foil on top and send to the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After 12 hours remove the air paste from the mold onto a plate.
