Cooking meat stew with vegetables:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

To begin with, we wash fresh pork tenderloin under cold running water. Then we dry it with paper kitchen towels from excess moisture, put it on a cutting board and cut off the film, veins, excess fat, and also small bones that could remain on it after chopping the carcass from the meat. Then cut the tenderloin into small pieces up to 2 centimeters in size and transfer to a bowl.

Next, peel onions, carrots, garlic, and for sweet salad peppers, remove the stalks and gutted from the seeds.
Then, in turn, put all the vegetables on a cutting board and chop, the shape of the slices is not important, but it is desirable that the size of the slices do not exceed 1 centimeter.
For example, onions can be chopped into strips, half rings or quarters, carrots - in the same way or in cubes.
Sweet pepper is best cut into strips or small slices of arbitrary shape, and finely chop the garlic.

When the vegetables are cooked, arrange them in separate bowls. Then, using a can opener, open a jar of pineapple and, using a tablespoon, shift the rings or half rings of fruit onto a cutting board.
Mode them in cubes, dry with paper towels and transfer to a separate bowl. We also put on the kitchen table all the other products that will be needed to prepare the dish, and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: prepare the meat stew with vegetables.

We put a deep (preferably non-stick) pan on medium heat and pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it. After a couple of minutes, lower the tenderloin there, salt it to taste and fry for 15 minutes until a light golden crust forms on the pork slices.
Then pour in the soy sauce and give the meat the opportunity to slightly stew, two minutes is enough. Then sprinkle pork with sifted wheat flour, mix thoroughly and cook more 5 minutes.

Then put onion, carrots, sweet pepper in a pan and fry all together 12-15 minutesstirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spatula. Then we add to them slices of pineapple, pour 50 milliliters of purified water and simmer an almost ready dish under a covered lid until the liquid is completely evaporated.

When the vegetables with meat soften, which’s about in 5 minutes until the aromatic dish is fully cooked, season them with tomato paste, black ground pepper, chopped garlic, vinegar and sugar.

Cook the remaining time, remove the pan from the stove and let the appetizing mixture brew under the lid 10-15 minutes. After that, lay out the dish in portions on plates and serve to the table.

Step 3: serve the meat stew with vegetables.

Stewed meat with vegetables is served hot. The best side dish for this meal - boiled or steamed rice, but as an exception, it can be served with buckwheat, pasta, mashed potatoes or cereals from any cereals you like. Recipe Tips:

- a set of spices is not essential, you can use any spices that are added to dishes of meat or poultry;

- instead of pork, you can use turkey meat;

- Tomato paste can easily be replaced with freshly ground tomatoes in a blender;

- if you do not have a non-stick pan, better cook this dish in a cast-iron cauldron.
