Ingredients for Making Vegetable Soup

Cooking Vegetable Soup:

Step 1: Cooking.

You will need a 2.5 liter pan. Pour 1.5 liters of water into it. We put on the fire, put the chicken soup set and onions. Bring to a boil, remove the scum, cook the chicken for 10 minutes. We cut the mushrooms into slices, separate the meat from the bones and send it to the pan. Bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. Pour asparagus, peas into the soup, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the fire, cover the soup with chopped dill. You do not need to cover with a lid, let it infuse for 5 minutes, pour into plates and then cover with a lid. Enjoy your meal!
