RECIPE PREPARATION How to make vegetable omelette:

Beat the eggs well with salt over which dill is placed. It is left to rest.

In a non-stick pan with a drop of oil, put the onion rings and the pepper cut into strips. When they have softened very little, add beaten eggs. Leave on one side for 2-3 minutes (until done), turn on the other side. Serve hot.
