Cooking fritters on a yeast dough with apples:

Step 1: prepare the milk.

Pour milk into a turk and put on medium heat. In order to prepare the dough, we need to slightly warm this component. Therefore literally across 1-2 minutes turn off the burner, and pour the milk into a small bowl.

Step 2: prepare the yeast mixture.

Using a sieve, sift the flour directly into a medium bowl. Thanks to this process, the dough will turn out airy and more tender, as well as without lumps. Then pour salt and remaining sugar into a common container and, using a tablespoon, mix everything well until smooth.

Step 4: prepare the dough for fritters.

When the yeast mixture is infused, pour it into a bowl with flour mass. Add here 30 milliliters vegetable oil and break the egg. Using a hand whisk, thoroughly mix all the ingredients so that no lumps form. We should get a liquid dough, by consistency, like thick sour cream. Now cover the bowl with a cloth towel and set it in a warm place to insist for 1 hour. Over this period of time, the dough should increase in size 2 times.

Step 5: prepare the apples.

Rinse the apples well under running water and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the component and then cut it into two halves. From each part we remove the core.

Now cut the fruit into small pieces and pour into a clean plate.

Step 6: prepare the pancakes on a yeast dough with apples.

When the dough rises, add the apple slices into it and gently mix everything with a tablespoon. In the meantime, heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat.

When the container with the contents is well heated, we reduce the heat a little and begin to fry the pancakes. To do this, collect the dough using a tablespoon and carefully spread it in a pan. Attention: baking should be prepared at a small distance from each other, since in the process it will increase in size. Fry fritters on both sides until golden brown. Immediately after that, we transfer them to kitchen paper towels (so that excess fat is gone), add a little vegetable oil, if necessary, and lay out a new portion. Repeat the procedure until the dough is over. Then we turn off the burner and start serving the dining table.

Step 7: serve the pancakes on a yeast dough with apples.

Still warm pancakes on a yeast dough with apples are served at the dinner table with tea or coffee. Baking can also be sprinkled with jam, condensed milk and cream. It turns out very tasty and satisfying.
