Ingredients for making pita casseroles with cheese and mushrooms
- Thin pita bread "Armenian" 2 pcs.
- Cheese "Adygea" 200 g
- Champignons 100 g
- Parsley 1 bunch.
- 2 eggs
- Sour milk 250 ml.
- Vegetable oil to lubricate the mold.
- Spices to taste.

Cooking pita casseroles with cheese and mushrooms:
Cut the pita bread into sheets the size of your baking dish.
Chop greens, cut champignons into small cubes, grate cheese on a coarse grater.
In a bowl, combine eggs with yogurt and spices to taste.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Dip a sheet of pita bread in the egg mixture, put in a mold. Sprinkle with champignons, parsley and cheese. So we alternate the layers, sprinkle the last pita bread with cheese, pour evenly the remaining egg mixture on the surface of the casserole.
Bake in a preheated oven, at a temperature of 180 degrees, until golden brown.
